Rates

Failure to charge the proper rate for a bail bond is a crime. Bail Bonds USA, LLC. always charges the rates shown below to all clients.

Arizona State Bonds

• Bonds up to and including $1000.00 in liability will be charged $100.00
• Bonds over $1000.00 in liability will be charged 10% of the penal amount

Federal Bonds

• Bonds up to and including $1000.00 in liability will be charged $100.00
• Bonds over $1000.00 will be charged 12% of the penal amount
